1. I paid and Paypal lagged so I made 2 purchases which is just ok. Actually there were 3 transcations but the other one was refunded.
2. I checked both of my email, I use different mail for my Paypal.
3. I unblocked using the link in both of my Gmail and Hotmail account.
4. I logged in the software and it says that I have 0 credits.

What's the remedy for this? I have provided you enough information I believe.
