i managed to retrieve my password by using the @remind password link in DC unlocker@.. (but i did not receive it in an email from you).

also, while attempting to unlock a Huawei E1752 it gives me error 62, Error connecting to Server..

please, look into my account.

Hello. Sorry, but here is no block on your account and our servers are working fine. Please check this:
Check firewall settings (Firewall may block your connection to server).
Make sure other software is not blocking your connection.
Try to use other connection method.
During the unlocking process, working network connection is necessary.
Do not use the same modem for the internet that you are unlocking.

Also, unlocking Huawei E1752 is free only for Vygis/Rocker or DC-Unlocker dongle (hardware) users. For other users, it costs 4 credits.
