    Did you try to check in spam? Sure you =check the e-mail you provided when were buying credits (not the one you use for paypal) if they are different?

      I've added 15 more credits after this purchase but still nothing happens. The password recover from the software told me that the my email is incorrect. Please get this fix soon. I've already sent you proof of my purchases. Thanks.

          If you receive error about incorrect e-mail, means you check wrong e-mail.
          Did you try to check this e-mail: [email protected]

          Also, there was mistake in your e-mail and it is fixed now. Try to use remind password to this e-mail now and username and password will be resent.
