    Acces denied

    Please, i´m new user for dongle,

    Sorry for my inglish, my user is blocked? I have Acces denied.

    Please, can you help me?,

    Could you write your dongle serial number? Then i would check, why you receive this error.

        Hello. Here are no block on your dongle ID. Can you please disconnect your dongle, launch DC-Unlocker, then go to server tab, enter 095227A1 as username and "123456" as password. What error do you get?

              You were blocked because of hidden process running in your computer called "iexplorer.exe". Please turn off this process (try restart computer also) and you will be able to connect. Now you are unblocked.

                    Uninstall network scanner software and its drivers (WinPcap driver npf.sys) and try again. Now you are unblocked, but if you will not uninstall you will be blocked again.
