Can you please try to check login with DC-Unlocker before buying credits? Are you sure you copy the same serial number?

It seems that you tried to enter your modems Serial number instead of Vygis/Rocker/DC-Unlocker dongle number.
If you want to unlock this modem, you should buy credits as a new user. You can buy credits here: http://www.dc-unlocker.com/buy .

What do you mean "both of them"?
As I see in the picture, you entered your MODEMS SERIAL NUMBER.
If you need to unlock only this modem, then you have to buy credits as a new user. Your account will be created and your password will be sent to your email.

No, if you want to buy credits for dongle, you have to enter Vygis/Rocker or DC-Unlocker dongle serial number. But NOT modem serial number.

If you have DC-Unlocker dongle, you have to connect it to your computer, then launch DC-Unlocker client software, go to "Server" tab, click "Check login". DC-Unlocker will show dongle serial number.
