my doongle id is Dongle ID : 0108F2B3
DONGLE STATUS : ACTIVATED
Software ask for username and password because it does not see your dongle.
Connect dongle, start dc-unlocker and use it.
Also, be sure no other software is acessing the dongle and all drivers are installed.

Turn off all Vygis software and other software that is related with your Vygis dongle. Then launch DC-Unlocker, go to server tab and click Check login.
Could you try with other computer? Still the same problem?

Yes, if it is new version of dongle, it can not be used with dc-unlocker software. Dc-unlocker software does not see it.
We hope to fix it in next dc-unlocker version.
