First: Paypal does not thread us as hacker. Please read again what paypal writes you.
Second: Your payment is reversed by you or by paypal. Cancel the reverse and we will unblock your account. Now we do not have your payment thats why we block your account.
I`ve checked and the money was withdrawn from my account and paid to you.
Then maybe it was reversed by paypal. We have provided all information that was needed from us to paypal.
