Error 62 followed by Access Denied

Got as far as UNLOCK, then was advised to turn off monitoring software.

Have run in clean VM with no monitoring software that I am aware of, and have tried from 3 different machines wityh 2 different ISPs

Now getting Access Denied with Username BEAMERLOW

I suspect the account is now blocked - can you advise/fix, please?

Hello. Uninstall network scanner software and its drivers (WinPcap driver npf.sys) and try again. Now you are unblocked, but if you will not uninstall you will be blocked again.

That worked

Many thanks - although the VM I was using was 'clean' the host machine had wireshark/winpcap on it. Removing those allow the unlock to work!
