Hello again GINTAS. Here is a copy of the conformation I got once I paid for the service:
Dear Liam,
Thank you for your order.
This email contains the unlocking software download link and instructions to unlock your phone.
Your Submitted Details:
Phone Make / Model:

ZTE Phone – F160
=================
Unlocking Instructions:
1) CONNECT the phone to a USB port on a Windows PC
2) INSTALL phone drivers (for most phones, Windows will automatically install drivers)
3) DOWNLOAD the unlocking software from:
4) INSTALL the unlocking software.
5) Open DC-UNLOCKER CLIENT using the icon on your desktop
6) SELECT the manufacturer of your phone from the drop down list
7) Leave ‘Select Model’ as ‘Auto detect’
8) Click on the SEARCH button (magnifying glass). This will detect you phone.
9) Click on the SERVER tab and enter the following Username and Password:

Username: lia2909
Password: *
**********************
10) Click on the UNLOCKING tab and then click UNLOCK to start the unlock process, follow onscreen instructions.
Most unlocking problems can be resolved by going to our support pages.

I have had three USERNAMES - perhaps this is why I have given you some wrong information. e.g. a username to set up an account, a username to set up a thread and a username to use the software. Yes, you gave me wrong information. Now check again what you copied: username and password for DC-Unlocker software is shown.
