    Blocked IP and Account

    Hi, I had wireshark and WinPcap, installed, but I've uninstalled it... somewhere between that and my trying... I got my account blocked.

    access denied !

    (error code 17)

    access denied !

    Please help me out with this.

    Could you write your username or dongle serial number? Then i would check, why you receive this error.

        Uninstall network scanner software and its drivers (WinPcap driver npf.sys) and try again. Now you are unblocked, but if you will not uninstall you will be blocked again.
