I have registered a new dongle. But I have zero credits.
Credits left : 0
According to the rseller, all new accounts get 50 credits.
How do I load credits to my account.

Connect your dongle, launch DC-Unlocker, go to server tab, click Check login. DC-Unlocker will show how many credits left on your dongle.
If you are sure that there is 0 credits left and you are sure that there must be 50 credits, please contact reseller that you bought credits from.
