Access Denied, Error Code 17

Hello,

Could you please help me resolving Access Denied, Error Code 17?

I have read forum posts with same messages and seems that account is locked because some conflicting software or drivers. I can not find winpcap or npf on my system. What else could be the problem?

I am Vygis Dongle user.

Do not use process explorer at same time when use dc-unlocker or will be blocked again. Now have unblocked.
But if next time will be detected, may not be able to unblock you.
