Unlocker Client won't recognise Username or Password

Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong. I am trying to unlock my Huawei U8300 and have downloaded the appropriate Unlock Client. The client recognises my phone, I have registered with DC Unlocker and when I press unlock it takes me to the login options where I enter my user name and password. It tells me everytime Its either wrong username or password (I'm definately typing it correctly!) I have paid for 10 credits to unlock this phone too so I need help please?!

Try to copy paste it from e-mail you have received after credits purchase.
Do not rewrite, but try to copy paste, because it is case sensitive.

I realised I was putting in the password and username of the forum not the username and password required for the unlock client. So the other day I was able to log in with those details, but now that I am trying to log onto the server again it is telling me 'access denied'?! I have read on other threads that this could be because of sharing software detected but I have no idea even what sharing software I may have? Please help and tell me why this may be and please give me access?

Can you write your username? We will check why you might receive this error.

You were blocked because wrong username or password was entered too many times. You sure that you did copy-paste it from email to DC-Unlocker software?
Now unblocked you and you can try again connecting.

Still access denied!

I am still getting the access denied message? I definitely did copy and paste, was even able to log into the server 2 days ago but then had a problem with my paypal so could not buy credits! Now I have paypal sorted, have bought credits, but it is still saying access denied. My user name is masena with a small m, think I put it with a capital before but definitely with a small m, definitely entering the password correctly, case sensitively. Please help!

Could you enter your username and "123455" as a password and click check login? What error do you get then?
