Now I got as far as unlocking and I'm told I don't have enough credits. So I click on the 'buy credits' button, am redirected to the page where you put in your user name and email. It won't accept my user name, so instead I click 'new user', add the details, confirm....and am advised 'user already exists, go back'.....

Frustrating...

If you get 'phone not found', please check this:

Make sure drivers are installed.
Use latest DC-Unlocker client software.
Use Autodetect.
Connect phone to USB port which is directly to motherboard.
Connect phone to other USB port.
Turn off phone software (PC suite).
Try restarting your phone.
Try restarting your computer.
Try other computer.

Then try to enter other username. Maybe the one that you choose is already in use.
