On 20th of October, you unlocked two Huawei UM840, which unlock requires 1 credit each. So, total 2 credits was consumed.

Sorry, there is no possibility that credits were consumed without using dongle.
We have facts that there were devices unlocked, so you should check if no one else have been using your dongle.
i didnt unlock 2 huawei yesterday coz i post my problem that day..
and now today check again less credit again...
sir help me what to do for my activations of my box so that they cannot use my credits..
Noone can use your account if dongle not connected.
Also, unlocks by dongle can not be done if dongle not connected to computer.
Try to use fresh computer and connect dongle only when you need to unlock anything.

Try to use fresh computer without any sharring or other software that connects to internet and connect dongle only when you need to unlock anything.
i follow your suggest sir that no one can use my box..if i use my vygis box for openline or flashing i remove my internet connection now i check again my credits it less again 2 credits.why? can you show logs for that credit and please can you check the ip whos using?
