My dongle maybe blocked by server

Hi sir please help me to unblock my infinity dongle which i use with dc unlocker with credits i buy for it.

My dongle is 00014817 please i have some phones to unlock with my credits i install one modem which maybe make this problem but now i install dc unlocker on new pc please sir help me to unblock it.

Uninstall network scanner and its drivers. Winpcap driver npf.sys. Now unblocked and should be able to connect. But if will not uninstall will be blocked again.
