I have the same problem, i purchased some credit today and tried logging in with the given username and password, after repeated Wrong username or password !, i got "Access Denied".

What could be the matter

I paid for twice, but anytime i try accessing the dc-unlocker, i get a message " Access Denied" my user names for both accounts are kfagbayi and sofagbayi

Could you write username that you have received after credits purchase?

Wrong username and password was entered too many times and server blocked you. Now have unblocked and you shoulod be able to connect with username and password you received after credits purchase.
Do not rewrite it to software, use copy paste. It is case sensitive.
