hi boss i have problem of access deined.while i dnt have jtag , riff or etc..also big problem is from the time i purchased my dongle i didnt register it and use dongle build in option is checked. and user name DC Unlocker User only that i saw.

Please do this: Connect dongle, launch DC-Unlocker, go to Server tab, click Check login. DC-Unlocker will show dongle serial number.
u r rite mate but i already told you that problem is when i press check login i just got msg access denied.. from the day i purchased my dongle i never enter any user and pass.in login option user name: DC Unlocker User that i m getting i mean saw and pass section is blank

Could you try on other computer then?
Maybe reseller who sold you the dongle knows dongle ID?
