Update, followed instructions for ZTE Racer to boot into FTM mode. Ok, now finds phone. Thanks. Tried to unlock but came up with no paypal account problem, and wouldn't let me use credit card - No verified pay pal account.
That is a real pain in the a*se! Is there another way to buy credits? What if you don't use or want to use Paypal? Is Dc-unlocker owned / tied to Paypal?

Hi, Has anyone unlocked the Telstra Smart Touch T3020 with DC-Unlocker yet?
I am having trouble detecting phone with program. When plug the usb cable in, phone asks if want to connect to usb in file share mode. When click yes, can see phone files in windows explorer, but when use auto detect, unlocker cant see phone. Also, no usb com port created for phone in hardware manager. Are there another driver require, as can't find any? Also, is there a software suite that works with this phone? (may have drivers) Oh, another thing. When you read imei from phone it is 16 digits - ends 03, but imei on box and sticker on phone is different - 15 digits - ends 7. Anyone know why?

Ooops, Didn't realise you could pay by different methods by clicking on links on page, as the default paypal came up. Brought credits and successfully unlocked phone! And Telstra Australia want $100.00 to unlock. Robbery!
