Can you also do this: Disconnect your dongle, launch DC-Unlocker, go to Server tab, enter 0002E6DE as username and 1234566 as password and click 'Check login'? What error do you get then?

You are blocked for two reasons:
1. QC Mobile Analysis using.
2. WinPcap driver npf.sys was detected.

1. Do not use QC Mobile Analysis together with DC-Unlocker. If software will detect QC Mobile Analysis running at the same time with DC-Unlocker, then you will be automatically blocked again.

2.Uninstall network scanner software and its drivers (WinPcap driver npf.sys) and try again. If you will not uninstall you will be automatically blocked again.

Now unblocked you and you should be able to connect.

On another note, I scanned my PC for (WinPcap driver npf.sys) and could not find anything. I do not have any scanner software but thought to check for this driver anywhere. Also I do not have QC Mobile Analysis and I am not sure what it even is. I am though afraid this may happened again. Why does DC software get blocked and how can DC software improve so that it does not conflict with other drivers?

Server has detected all these software in your computer.
Yes, it will happen again and again if you will not uninstall these software or keep using them at same time when use dc-unlocker.
These software are not allowed and this is part of dc-unlocker security to block users and dongles if not allowed software detected.
Only way to avoid this is to remove these software or to use frewsh computer.

I have no clue what to look for or what to remove and I just am unlocker for more than 11 years and never had problem with DC unlocker software on this same PC since it was released and for some reason now I have problem.

If you sure that you do not have any of these software, then server will not block you and you will be able to unlock without problems.
