Hi,I have made payment for 10 credits,however in the software when I clicked check login,I get the error and it says access denied.
I had double checked my password and user id of TGHS8 and the error still remains.
Try to enter your username and password 123456 and press check login. What error do you receive?
Do this from same computer where you get access denied error.
