Difficulty connecting to server to login

SIR,i am having problems connecting to the server to login,..when i put my username and password,it tells me incorrect username or password but when i use dis same username and password in this site,i get logged in,..i guess it should be the server. i have downloaded the latest software but what is preventing me from unlocking my modem is the login problem,..i will be grateful if you urgently answer me...
i use hauwei E367 usb modem with IMEI no;3*******8 .which time of the day is the server usually good?
