Please do this: Launch DC-Unlocker, go to server tab, enter 'coolgeek' as username and '123456' as password. Click 'Check login'. What error do you get?

Uninstall network scanner software and it drivers (winpcap driver npf.sys) or will be blocked again. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect to server.
