Access Denied

I'm getting access denied on my newly setup account username Stiffo81

It took me a few attempts to discover the device and find it locked but think i am nearly there. Can you unrestrict my account so i can unlock.

PS. When unlocked can i use the software included on the card or do i need to use unbranded software for use with Orange?

Your account is fixed. After unlock, if software inside will not allow connect, use from our downloads software for zte mf622, no dashboard upgrade available at now.
