    Hello,

    My username is espinosa00011 I paid and I get the message access denied with the received password.

    Try to enter your username and password 123456 and press check login for one time. What error do you receive?

      Dear sir,

      When I type 12345 as password I recieve the message:

      Wrong username or password !

      ================================================== =================

      When I type the correct password I recieve the message:


      access denied !

      ================================================== =================

      I have windows 7 64bits, I had to run the application as administrator otherwise the dongle an E367 is not well detected. And I have Mcaffe viruscan as virus cheker and the driver of a cisco vpn installed.

        Dear sir,

        I have change the computer and know is OK. In the computer that works I have windows 7 Home and in the computer that does not work I have Windows 7 Profesional.

          You were blocked because of Phone System Analysis on your previous computer (Windows 7 Professional).

          Do not use Phone System Analysis together with DC-Unlocker. If software will detect Phone System Analysis running at the same time with DC-Unlocker, then you will be automatically blocked again.

          Please clean this software from your computer and you will be able to use DC-Unlocker on it.

          Now unblocked you and you should be able to connect.
