Unlocking B933

I have also the same model.... I do the steps on this forum but but the problem occurs is when I try to unlock the router it says that...

1.detecting the router-----ok
2.Unlocking the router-----problem

* no username
(error code 63)

i thought that the only problem is I'm not register in this site...so I register...

when I click the Unlock button it prompt to the server tab----->login option--->username and the password...

and I thought that the username on my account that I use there but it cannot unlock the router.....

kindly help me pls...

Forum username and password are not the same as username and password for DC-Unlocker.
