i am trying to unlock my huawei u8180 but i am getting access denied !!

and also i tried to read forums and came to know about winpcap software which was installed
and now i have uninstalled it...
Uninstall network scanner software and its drivers (WinPcap driver npf.sys) and try again. Now you are unblocked, but if you will not uninstall you will be blocked again.
