    Unlock modem

    Hello
    I have a Sierra UBS 301 I am trying to unlock.
    I have downloaded the software, created an account and made payment for one credit. Is this enough?
    When I try to log into the service it gives me the error message ACCESS DENIED!. I'm sure the username and password are correct.
    Can someone help with this please?
    Also, do I have to remove the sim card from the USB before attempting to unlock device?

    No, 1 credit is not enough to unlock this modem. Unlocking this modem needs 10 credits.
    Could you write your username? Then i would be able to check, why you receive access denied error.
