Dc-unlocker Error plz help

Dear Sir
I have dc-unlocer It is showing error from two days
and it is unable to read any modem ( Other open Softwares are reading modem Properly)
My Dongle Id is: 0D9FAD45
Plz solve my problem

i found it in (window startup)

Again blocked for the same reason. Please uninstall that software from your computer, make sure it is not running on windows startup. Or use fresh computer.
If you still be blocked for the same reason - it might be that I will not be able to unblock you.
