Your payment was refunded because of unverified paypal account. For security reasons we accept payments only from verified paypal accounts. Please contact paypal, verify your account and then try again purchasing credits.

No. I first used a credit card through PayPal as a guest which was returned as unverified. I then made the payment using my verified PayPal account. See attached screen shot of the PayPal account.

By the way, I am not looking to get a refund, I am looking to get my modem unlocked!

We have only one of your payment which was refunded.
If you are sure that the payment was completed, please copy your payment confirmation email text (by private message, not here).
Then we will be able to check more.
