I don't use with jtag when use dc-unlocker .But dongle is blocked .

Uninstall network scanner software and its drivers (WinPcap driver npf.sys).

You were unblocked for the second time now. If you keep using non-allowed software you might be permanently blocked.
What is not allowed you can read here: http://www.dc-unlocker.com/user_agreement

Now unblocked you and you should be able to connect.

Do not delete npfs.sys - it is Windows system file.
You must fine WinPcap software or npf.sys file.

I had to reinstall windown,I tried with another computer,i did find and remove file npf.sys but dongle not unblock
