my dc-unlocker dongle is dead ,not detected by pc anymore ,have contacted my reseller but could not help ,i have 49 credit on it and will be glad if it can be converted to user account thanks

Credits transfer from dongle to user account is possible, but there is some thing you will have to do.
First, write us your dongle ID and your username that you want to transfer credits to.
Then, you will have to prove that you are the real dongle owner.
You will have to write us last models that you were unlocking with it (IMEI numbers would be really helpful), or date you created it, etc. In short, all useful information that proves you are the real dongle owner. Write this information in private message.
Only then we will be able to transfer the credits.

Note that unlocking as a user costs more.
