First, you need to have dongle to know its SN. We do not sell Rocker or Vygis dongles, we sell only DC-Unlocker activation for them.
BUT you can buy DC-Unlocker dongle from our resellers. Most of them sell dongles worldwide. You should contact resellers to know the prices of dongles and what payment methods they accept. Resellers list: http://www.dc-unlocker.com/dealers

After you have dongle, you need to do this:
Connect dongle to PC, wait till all drivers install and load, then launch DC-Unlocker, go to "Server" tab, click "Check login". Software will show dongle SN and how many credits left in it.
