Access Denied

I am receiveing the "access denied" message, whitch is the problem ?
maybe because I was using PSAS or Eltima USB Connector ?

I will try to avoid simultaneous use with DC-Unlocker.

Could you write your dongle serial number or username? Then i would be able to check, what may be wrong.

Sharing modem or dongle is not allowed, if DC-Unlocker client detects sharing, your dongle can automatically be blocked.

Now unblocked you.

I didn't knew that, and I was trying to do a remote unlock (without success).
