Can you explain me, how did you buy credits without having created an account? Account is created during the purchase process and password for it is sent to your email address.

And there is no birthday needed to enter when buying credits.

Maybe you are talking about registering to forum?

If you do not get any email with password, check in spam box or junkmail.
If still did not find any password, copy payment confirmation email text (into private message).
