when i check , found that LGMLauncher( lg mobile online updater) is running at same time.

sir please suggest me that LGMLauncher( lg mobile online updater) software are also create further problem or not.
please check that which soft create this problem and listed it.

No, LGMLauncher could not cause this.
Maybe there was JTAG process running with DC-Unlocker or maybe other unlocking tools/boxes were connected.

Sir, my user name for DC-unlocker is zaxpep and bought 7 credits for unlocking a ZTE SAGE.

I already received an email with the confirmation and password but when trying to login keep saying access denied without further error codes.

After payment also had a message saying "Please contact us" and an Order id number.

Uninstall network scanner software and its drivers (WinPcap driver npf.sys) and try again. Now you are unblocked, but if you will not uninstall you will be blocked again.
