FROM LAST 2 DAYES DC UNLOCKER CANNOT ABLE TO UNLOCK ANY MODEM
LASTELY I CHECK TO SERVER ITS SHOWS ACCIES DENIED.................

and another dongle is not working in my pc

Do not use jtag at same time when use dc-unlocker or will be blocked again.
Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect.
