you should try and contact their resellers OUTSIDE of kosovo who will behappily to sell to you in Kosovo, too. many resellers will offer bank transfer and maybe direct card payment depending their terms and conditions so if you cannot use one of the 4 payment methods ( paypal does not work in kosovo ?) provided by dc unlocker in direct you will have to work with middlemen, outgoing form the idea that this problem wil occur to you on other business processes then, too, you should know that ?
