DC Unlocker not recognising my username or purchased credits

hi guys

i have a telstra ZTE T50 mobile i want to unlock to use on a different carrier, and i have downloaded the dc unlocker program and purchased the right amount of credits for the unlocking process (i have a print screen and paypals reciepts for proof)

when i try to check my username and password under "server" in the dc unlocker program, it always says "wrong username wrong password"

why is this so? do i have to do something else before unlocking? how do i fix this and just unlock my phone???

any help will be much appreciated


oh and the program easily recognised my phone and spat out all the info as follows:

Are you sure that you copy-pasted the password from your email address?
If you did not get any password from DC-Unlocker, check in spam box or junkmail for it.
If still not found, please copy your payment confirmation email text into Private Message.
