    Credits lost

    Recently bought 10credits to unlock my modem... Had some error code 62 issues but when i finally got connected to the server, the application froze. Had to restart my computer. After getting connected again to the server, i checked my account and i no longer had any credits left and my modem is still locked.

    Would appreciate your help on this. Account name is Procorpio.

    You can unlock same device again without credits. Unlocking again does not require credits.

      We couldnt help with your modem as it has different firmware version that is not supported by DC-Unlocker.
      Problem was found after you contacted via Live Chat.

      Money for credits were refunded.
