Access Denied on Check Login

I have registered a new user name and credited the account through paypal.
I copied and pasted my username and password from the e-mail and I am getting access denied.
My username is vic222
my IP address is 31.89.144.91
The e-mail with the username and password doesnt contain an unblock link.

Uninstall network scanner software and it drivers (winpcap driver npf.sys) or will be blocked again. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect to server.

I had already uninstalled winpcap. I uninstalled CommView for Wifi and Cain & Abel just now and it logs in fine.
