access denied

Hi dears,

I've tried to unlock an Huawei dongle, but dc-unlocker said "access denied".
After I read this thread, I uninstalled winpcap but the system say "access denied" again.

My username is devilj. Can u unblock me and my ip please ?

Uninstall network scanner software and it drivers (winpcap driver npf.sys) or will be blocked again. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect to server.
