Hello, i've bought 2 credits for unlocking a HUawei U8150 phone, but i am having the access denied message after trying to connect to the server. I already uninstalled any monitoring software, firewall but no use. Can you help me please?

Uninstall network scanner software and its drivers (WinPcap driver npf.sys) and try again. Now you are unblocked, but if you will not uninstall you will be blocked again.
By the way, it costs 10 credits to unlock this phone, not 2.
