access denied when enable voice feature on huawei E1752

I am trying to enable voice feature on my Huawei E1752 modem
IMEI: 35**********
after i unlocked it ,, and update the dashboard with new one support video and audio call.

I tried dc-unlocker 2 client 1.00.0764

it gave my (access denied) message !

when i try this username and password (free - voice)


I tried it on another PC . It give me another message: (insufficient balance)

can anyone help please

Username and password (free - voice) is no more working long time ago.
