    I have not received a confirmation email to my payer Paypal account, but Paypal reports the payment as completed.

    Please activate my account.

        You bought credits using usa proxy and from usa account, then try use credits from Vietnam , sorry your account canot be unblocked. If you are owner this paypal account , contact working hours to manager (live support) for refund.
