acces denied

second time I get the "acces denied" message,
common, what is wrong ? I need it in working state urgently..

I do not understand what kind of software is considered monitoring software
I have installed only various dashboard and firmware updaters, that is all, noting else

still DC-Unlocker says that I should stop the monitoring software..

maybe some viruses behave as monitoring software ?

please unlock my dongle because I need it...

Uninstall network scanner software and it drivers (winpcap driver npf.sys) or will be blocked again. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect to server.
