DC unlocker wont see Vygis box

Hi to all,

I activate my vygis dongle online, activation is ok, but now when put vygis dongle and start dc unlocker still ask username and pasword, canot detect like vygis user.
Smart card is ok because vyis lg software working properly.
Please support can you help me where is problem?

What DC-Unlocker version do you use?
Do you do it like this? Connect dongle, launch DC-Unlocker, go to server tab, click check login?

Yes bro, i try use latest version 1.00.0764 but this is strange problem, still canot see vygis dongle.

Then maybe other unlocking software is running at the same time?
Also, make sure that there are not other unlocking boxes/dongles connected.

I've tried all methods but without success

It is interesting that the program recognizes lg software and work without problems but dc unlocker not. I tried on 3 pc but nothing.

Close vygis software and other software that may be using dongle.
Then connect dongle and start dc-unlocker. Still does not see?
If so, could you try other fresh computer, where not other unlock boxes or dongles are installed?

Problem Solwed
Once I opened the box and cleaned with alcool smart card + smart cards place .
Now everything is okay but still do not know why the previously box recognized lg program, respectively Dc unlocker software not.
