    You are right, you were blocked because of Phone System Analysis (PSAS) software.

    Do not use Phone System Analysis (or PSAS) together with DC-Unlocker. If software will detect Phone System Analysis running at the same time with DC-Unlocker, then you will be automatically blocked again. Now unblocked you and you should be able to connect.

      Thanks - that solved it. I was able to unlock the device after a reboot. Is there any reason you block accounts of users using PSAS -- So many users seems to be asking for the same thing... I use PSAS it for a number of other things.

        Yes, there are reasons why PSAS is not allowed to use together with DC-Unlocker.
        Sorry, but the reason is not public.
