Error message 63 - No username

I am trying to unlock a Huewai E160 USB modem. Unlocker identifies the modem OK, accepts my password ("Password OK") but will not accept my user name ("No username") even though I have repeatedly entered it exactly as shown in the email received from unlocker. I have 4 credits available for the unlock. Can anyone please assist? Many thanks.
