If you have dongle, please do this:
Connect dongle, launch DC-Unlocker, go to Server tab, click "Check login".
You will be logged in as a dongle user.

Do not need to enter no username or password for dongle users.

Do not use jtag when use dc-unlocker or will be blocked again. Next time there may be permanent block if you continue using, because it isd not first time when you are blocked for same reason.
Now have unblocked and you should be able to use dc-unlocker.
